With the USB oscilloscopes of the 5000D series, a variable resolution of 8, 10, 12, 14 or 16 bits can be set individually for the respective measurement task. This offers the advantage of either a significantly higher resolution or a higher sampling rate.

This oscilloscope series is also characterized by very low noise and extremely low distortion in high-resolution mode and the stable, flat frequency response.
