The NI Ettus USRP N310 software-defined radio system is a network-capable software-defined radio (SDR) designed for prototyping and deploying distributed wireless systems. With four transmit and four receive channels, a frequency range from 10 MHz to 6 GHz, and up to 100 MHz of real-time bandwidth per channel, the device offers high channel density for demanding multichannel applications. The Xilinx Zynq-7100 SoC combines a programmable FPGA for real-time and low-latency signal processing with a dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor for standalone operation.

Via two SFP+ interfaces, the USRP N310 supports 1 Gigabit Ethernet, 10 Gigabit Ethernet, and Aurora, and can be operated both standalone and host-based via network streaming. Thanks to integrated remote management functions, the device can be efficiently managed even in larger and distributed wireless networks. Typical applications include wireless testbeds, remote radio heads, spectrum monitoring, and MIMO systems.
