779351-01 | NI 9401, TTL DIO module with 8 channels, 100 ns

The channels of the digital I / O module NI ‑ 9401 can be configured as inputs or outputs in steps of 4 bits. This allows the NI ‑ 9401 to be programmed in three configurations: eight digital inputs, eight digital outputs, or four digital inputs and four digital outputs. With reconfigurable I / O technology (CompactRIO only), the LabVIEW FPGA Module can be used to program the NI-9401 module and implement custom high-speed counters / timers, digital communication protocols, pulse generation, and more. Each channel has transient isolation between the I / O channels and the backplane.
