The GW Instek DC laboratory power supplies of the PLR series are a consequent further development to better meet the requirements of the users. The high quality DC sources simplify and accelerate your processes. They are suitable for research and development, test methods and in the manufacturing process.

With its hybrid circuit design, the GW Instek PLR 36-10 combines the advantages of a linear and a programmable switching power supply. The switch-mode power supply structure on the front reduces size and weight. The linear structure on the back guarantees low ripple and noise (0.5 mV RMS / 5 mA RMS ) as well as fast switching times (100 µs).

Connect your PC to the power supply via the built-in RS-232 interface (USB, LAN, GPIB optional). Program sequence sequences with up to 100 steps and a minimum step duration of 50 ms. Assign your 3 most frequently used settings to the shortcut keys and access them directly. This noticeably speeds up the hiring process. The automatic output-off timer can be set between 1 minute and 1000 hours 59 minutes. Of course, the PLR36-10 has overvoltage, undervoltage and overcurrent protection. The Constant Current (CC) priority function prevents overshoot and inrush current. The DC power supply can be monitored remotely (terminal open). Voltage and current can be set using the digits on the display (coarse or fine setting can be selected). To avoid accidental operating errors, the control panel has a lock function.

Connect up to 3 GW Instek PLR 36-10 in parallel (up to 36 V / 30 A possible) or 2 devices in series (72 V / 10 A possible).
