The Fluke ii1050 is an industrial precision acoustic camera for the noncontact detection and evaluation of leaks, electrical partial discharges, and mechanical anomalies. In addition to leak quantification with LeakQ, PDQ Mode enables the real-time visualization of partial discharges using a PRPD diagram. MecQ supports the early detection of mechanical anomalies in rotating components through frequency-selective measurement and trend analysis.

202 MEMS microphones capture signals ranging from 2 to 100 kHz with a detection range—depending on the environment—from 0.5 m to over 150 m. SoundMap superimposes sound sources onto the image from the 13-MP camera; a 7-inch anti-glare touchscreen facilitates on-site assessment. Additional features include 110 GB of storage, Wi-Fi, an LED light, IP54 protection rating, and on-device report generation. Weighing approximately 1.2 kg with the battery, the device offers a total runtime of more than seven hours with two interchangeable batteries. With an optional TC03A module, the diagnosis can be supplemented with thermal images. This configuration includes the TC03A thermal imaging camera with 9 Hz, including a TP01 tripod mount for supplementary thermographic inspection.
