The precise measurement of rotational speeds, surface speeds and lengths is an important part of maintenance, servicing and quality control. Modern tachometers enable both non-contact measurements from a safe distance and direct contact measurements for maximum accuracy. This makes it possible to reliably assess machine conditions, monitor processes and reduce downtimes.

Typical areas of application include motors, fans, gears, conveyor belts, pumps and elevators. By combining several measuring methods in one device, users can react flexibly to different measuring situations - from quick checks during operation to detailed analysis directly on the shaft or surface.

The Extech RPM33 is a versatile speed measuring device that combines contact and non-contact laser measurements in one compact device. In laser mode, rotational speeds can be measured reliably from up to 0.5 m away, while contact mode enables precise measurements of rotational speed, surface speed and length. The laser-guided aiming aid ensures easy alignment and reliable results.

A large, illuminated 5-digit LCD ensures good readability even in poor lighting conditions. The integrated memory allows you to save and recall up to 10 data sets including measured value, minimum, maximum and average. Thanks to microprocessor-controlled technology with a quartz oscillator, the RPM33 impresses with its high measuring accuracy and fast response times. The device is supplied as a complete set with contact measuring wheel, reflective adhesive tape, battery and carrying case.
