The Extech LT505 is a compact, easily transportable light meter that offers professional measurement performance despite its pocket size. It is ideal for quick light checks in buildings, security and outdoor areas, parking garages, hospitals, stairwells, corridors or photographic applications. Thanks to its large measuring range of up to 40,000 foot-candles or 400,000 lux, the LT505 delivers reliable results for a wide range of light sources.

The integrated precision photodiode with cosine and color correction ensures accurate illuminance measurements, even under difficult conditions. Simple operating functions such as zero/calibration, data hold, min/max and automatic switch-off make the LT505 an efficient tool for both professionals and occasional users.

The device offers a high resolution of 0.01 Fc or 0.1 lux and is ideal for precise measurements according to standards in occupational health and safety, facility management and lighting design. An optional tripod connection enables stable long-term measurements, while the supplied sensor cover and protective case make the LT505 ideal for mobile use.
