Non-contact temperature measurements are indispensable for maintenance, diagnostics and quality control - especially for hot, moving or hard-to-reach measuring points. Infrared thermometers enable quick measurements without direct contact, thus increasing safety and efficiency. Alarm functions and clear aiming aids help to detect critical temperature deviations immediately.

The Extech IR320 is a particularly robust infrared thermometer for demanding operating conditions. Thanks to its IP65 waterproof housing and drop resistance from up to 3 m, the device is ideal for use outdoors and in harsh industrial environments. It measures temperatures up to 650 °C quickly and reliably without contact.

The dual laser aiming aid precisely marks the measuring range between two laser points and facilitates exact alignment with the target. Programmable high and low alarms provide visual warnings via LEDs (red when exceeded, blue when undershot) and via the display. A lock function enables continuous measurements without having to press the trigger continuously. Additional functions such as MAX, MIN, AVG and differential display make the IR320 a powerful tool for professional temperature diagnostics.
