The Extech CO240 is a handy and intuitive measuring device for monitoring indoor air quality. It precisely measures the carbon dioxide concentration as well as temperature and relative humidity. It also calculates the dew point and wet bulb temperature - important factors for assessing the indoor climate.
The device is ideal for quick air quality checks in greenhouses, production halls, hospitals, conference rooms, schools and all other indoor spaces with potentially elevated CO2 levels. The option of setting your own CO2 limit value is particularly practical: If this is exceeded, the CO240 warns with an acoustic alarm.
The CO240 offers a two-line display on which the CO2 value can be shown simultaneously with another measured value - either temperature, relative humidity, dew point or wet bulb. The integrated NDIR CO2 sensor is maintenance-free and reliable.
The device has functions such as min/max value memory, automatic base calibration, data hold function and an automatic switch-off function that can be deactivated. The CO240 can be connected to a PC via USB; the included software enables real-time data streaming and facilitates analysis. A tripod thread extends the range of applications for stationary measurements.
