Model focus: HDPQ Guide Plus
The HDPQ Guide Plus offers the best price/technology ratio in the series: it includes all the features of the HDPQ Visa Plus and adds optional WLAN, the AnswerModules (e.g. Sag connectivity, PDA, PDA) and the Switching Modules. e.g. sag directivity, PFC capacitor, motor analysis) and a large pre/post-trigger buffer with 10,000 cycles for residual current/inrush current recording. Remote control via VNC & mobile apps, 7″ touch GUI, automatic setups (PQ, Demand & Energy) and robust, safety-oriented design (UL/CE, Arc-Flash-Safety) round off the package.
Comparison within the HDPQ Plus series
- Visa Plus (entry level): no WLAN option entry; 7 monitoring modes; Max. Pre/Post-Trigger: 100 cycles; Transient-Trigger: 3; AnswerModules: Motor Health, without Sag-Directivity & PFC-Capacitor; IEEE 1459 Advanced Energy: no.
- Guide Plus: as Visa Plus, but with optional WLAN, AnswerModules (incl. Sag-Directivity & PFC) and 10,000 pre/post cycles; 9 monitoring modes; transient triggers: 3; IEEE 1459 Advanced Energy: yes.
- Xplorer Plus: like Guide Plus, plus transients up to 1 µs and 4 transient triggers.
