Technical Data

Description

240-116 | High-speed logic probes

The high-speed adapter expands the Digital Discovery with a robust interface for fast logic measurements up to 800 MS/s. The adapter breaks out each signal with separate earthing, thus reducing noise and crosstalk. The set includes an adapter with space for up to 24 high-speed logic probes and a package of 16 such probes - ideal for precise, low-noise digitization of high-frequency signals.
