The DEICO MIL-STD-1553 Box Type Bus Coupler series represents scalable and reliable bus solutions for demanding applications. The bus couplers ensure stable electrical characteristics and a structured bus architecture.

Typical applications for the DEICO MIL-STD-1553 bus couplers include industrial and military communication systems as well as test environments.

The DE8204 model is a bus coupler with 4 stubs and no termination. Compared to the DE8203, this model allows for an additional connection.

Compared to the terminated variants DE8214, DE8224, and DE8234, it offers maximum flexibility for external termination.
