DM307 | Multifunctional Module for DAQ3120 Data Logger

The DM307 module is a powerful multifunctional interface for the modular DAQ3120 data recording system from B&K Precision. It extends the system beyond pure measurement tasks to include flexible digital inputs/outputs, a fast counter (totalizer) and two programmable analogue outputs - ideal for controlling test setups, generating signals or counting pulses.

The DM307 module is ideal for:

Automation and control of test benches
End-of-line tests in production
Counting and monitoring tasks (pulse/flow counters, clock and event counting)
Simulation of sensor signals via analog outputs
Alarm and trigger applications in test and long-term measurement systems

Product features:

Multifunction module for expanding the DAQ3120 with control and generation functions
16-bit digital I/Os via two 8-bit ports for controlling external devices or reading in digital signals (up to max. 42 V)
1 totalizer input for counting pulses with frequencies up to 100 kHz

2 high-resolution analog outputs (DAC) with 18-bit resolution

Programmed output of voltage up to ±12 V or current up to ±24 mA per output

Continuous monitoring of alarm limits at digital and totalizer inputs - alarm limits can be set at any time

. and totalizer inputs - alarm events are also logged between scans

Sense channels for monitoring voltage or current during signal output

Seamless integration into the DAQ3120 system with convenient configuration via front panel, PC software or web interface

In contrast to the multiplexer modules DM300, DM301, DM303 and the high-voltage module DM309, which feed measurement signals to the integrated 6½-digit DMM of the DAQ3120, the DM307 focuses on control, counting and signal generation tasks. The DM300 with up to 450 channels/s is suitable for fast, fully isolated scanning of voltage signals. If you need universal voltage and current measurement, choose the DM301 with 20 multiplexer channels plus 2 current channels up to 1 A. The DM303 with 40 single-ended inputs offers a high number of channels for voltage measurements, while matrix circuits can be realized with the DM304 as a 4×8 cross circuit. The DM308 with 20 relay contacts is available for switching and actuating loads up to 300 V and 1 A, while the DM309 enables measurements up to 600 VDC or 2 A - ideal for demanding power applications. The DM307 perfectly complements these measuring and switching modules when digital control, pulse counting and precise analog output signals are also required.
